ABOUT MICHAEL.

I am an experienced professional with over ten years of customer service experience, and seven of those years have been in a financial institution. Within my financial institution experience, I have four years of retail banking experience and two years of experience in banking operations. Currently, I work at Cadence Bank in Tupelo, MS, as a Business Analyst II.​

I hold a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in General Business degree from Mississippi State University.
